Baptist Family Fitness offers Group Exercise classes, as well as Aquatic Aerobics, six days a week, Monday through Saturday. All Group Exercise classes are included in your Baptist Family Fitness membership except Indoor Group Cycling.

| Basic Step | This 45-minute class will give you the basic fundamentals needed to become a great “stepper”. You will learn proper form and safety in a low impact format. Great for beginners. |
| B.L.T. | This 30-minute class is one of the most popular classes focuses on the muscles of the Buns, Legs and Tummy. Join this class for a better “Bottom Line”. All Levels Welcome |
| Introduction to Step | Low Impact movements performed on and off a step platform. This class consists of basic step patterns for the new stepper as well as those who prefer less complicated footwork. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS |
| Weekend Warriors | You’re at your instructor’s mercy because the exact format of the cardio is her choice. But the focus will be to burn those weekend calories! All Levels Welcome. |
| Step –n- Sculpt | Your favorites all together. Get you cardio and strength at one time |
| Crunch | A 15-minute class that concentrates on sculpting ab muscles and back. |
| Total Body Toning | This 30-minute workout will get it ALL. Work all the major muscles in one fast-paced class. All levels welcome. |
| Introduction to Pilates | Learn the basics of Pilates which is safe, sensible exercise system using a mat that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS |
Pilates | Traditional Pilates targets the deep abdominal muscles – add the Pilates Ring and you’ve got a focused workout for the entire body. It develops muscular strength, muscle tone and joint stabilization throughout the body. All levels welcome. No shoes required. |
| Yoga | Focus on alignment, functional strength, balance, and flexibility by using breathing techniques in conjunction with movement patterns. All levels welcome. |
| Introduction to Yoga | Learn the basics of Yoga, while focusing on alignment, functional strength, balance and flexibility. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS |
| Yoga Stretch | Come in and get your day started out on the right foot. This 30-minute class is a great stretch for all fitness levels. |
| Restorative Yoga | Easy Yoga followed by deep restorative poses focusing on relaxation and renewal. Provides a gentle stretch and stress reduction. All levels welcome. |
| | Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allows you to dance away your worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”! Zumba’s not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a “feel happy’ workout.
